	Disability Care Management In 1990, Excel Rehabilitation Consultants, Inc. was established to provide professional disability care management. We have effectively worked with individuals ranging in age from young children to the elderly. We provide the coordination of care and services including medical management, crisis intervention, assessments, problem solving and patient advocacy. We are familiar with the doctors, social service agencies and medical facilities in the Dallas area, and can make referrals to the appropriate specialist or agency. Care managers can schedule and attend medical appointments to assure effective communication and continuity of care. Services are charged at an hourly rate, and are usually private pay, with some clients getting services through insurance or employee assistance programs. We can tailor our services and time commitment to meet your needs. Our goal is to provide the best care management in the most cost effective manner.
